Sweet potatoes aren't just an autumn treat; cut into wedges and placed on a grill they make a great summertime side dish, too. Add a little cilantro and these vitamin-packed veggies become cook-out superstars.
- Stir oil, garlic, and salt together until combined. Pour or brush the mixture over the sweet potato wedges and place on a grill over medium heat, turning once when grill marks appear, about five minutes.
- When the wedges are soft and grill marks have formed on both sides, remove from heat and top with cilantro, pepper, and additional salt. Serve warm.
