Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes aren't just an autumn treat; cut into wedges and placed on a grill they make a great summertime side dish, too. Add a little cilantro and these vitamin-packed veggies become cook-out superstars.


Select ingredients:


  1. Stir oil, garlic, and salt together until combined. Pour or brush the mixture over the sweet potato wedges and place on a grill over medium heat, turning once when grill marks appear, about five minutes.
  2. When the wedges are soft and grill marks have formed on both sides, remove from heat and top with cilantro, pepper, and additional salt. Serve warm.
