Pairing fresh cucumbers with a healthy, spicy turkey burger makes a great change from your everyday burger.

Select ingredients:

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, the salt, the pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the parsley, the breadcrumbs, and the egg. Mix well and form into 4 hamburger-sized patties.
  2. Oil your grill and cook the burgers on medium-high heat; grill about 7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit when measured with a meat thermometer.
  3. Toast the buns.
  4. To make the cucumber cream sauce: in another bowl, combine the sour cream, the sugar, the white vinegar, the salt, the dill, and the chopped cucumber pieces. Mix well.
  5. Assemble each burger as follows: bottom bun, lettuce, cucumber cream sauce, turkey burger patty, tomato slice, more of the cucumber cream sauce, a few slices of cucumber, red onion slices, and the top of the burger.
  6. Open wide and enjoy!
