Turkey is a fantastic option to satisfy those burger cravings without the calories. You won't sacrifice any flavor and if you swap out an English Muffin for a bun and the cauliflower for fries, it's even better.

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped garlic, egg white, salt, pepper, and ground turkey. Combine fully until well mixed and form into two patties.
  2. On a grill over medium-high heat or in a pan with olive oil, sear each patty on one side for 2 minutes and flip. Continue cooking and flipping regularly to avoid burning for approximately 8 minutes. Test with a meat thermometer until the internal temperature is at least 160-degrees. Remove and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Cut the English muffins in half and toast lightly. On a plate, build your burger with pickles, mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato. Serve immediately.
