Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Makes 24 deviled eggs
This classic appetizer gets a (very tasty) upgrade in this easy and delicious dish.


    Select ingredients:


  1. Slice each hardboiled egg in half (lengthwise).
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl, then mash.
  3. To the egg yolks, add the avocado, red onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, smoked paprika, and cilantro. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the egg yolk mixture into a zip-top bag and then snip a ¼-inch hole in the corner of the bag. Pipe the mixture into the well of each hardboiled egg half.
  5. Top with a cilantro leaf, chili powder, and/or additional smoked paprika.
  6. Enjoy!
