Guacamole Deviled Eggs

This classic appetizer gets a (very tasty) upgrade in this easy and delicious dish.

- Slice each hardboiled egg in half (lengthwise).
- Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl, then mash.
- To the egg yolks, add the avocado, red onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, smoked paprika, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Spoon the egg yolk mixture into a zip-top bag and then snip a ¼-inch hole in the corner of the bag. Pipe the mixture into the well of each hardboiled egg half.
- Top with a cilantro leaf, chili powder, and/or additional smoked paprika.
- Enjoy!
