Ham with Brown Sugar and Apricot Glaze

Simple sweet and smoky ham.

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Score the fat on the top of the ham, then place ham scored side up in a roasting pan and cook for 2 hours.
  2. In a sauce pan over medium heat mix together jam and sugar until well combined and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
  3. After the ham has been cooking for 2 hours raise the oven temperature to 350 degrees and brush with glaze. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
