Ham with Brown Sugar and Apricot Glaze

Simple sweet and smoky ham.

- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Score the fat on the top of the ham, then place ham scored side up in a roasting pan and cook for 2 hours.
- In a sauce pan over medium heat mix together jam and sugar until well combined and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
- After the ham has been cooking for 2 hours raise the oven temperature to 350 degrees and brush with glaze. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
