- In a bowl, toss the apple and pear slices with the lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large pitcher, place 5 cups of ice. Place a couple of orange slices and 6 to 8 apple/pear slices in each glass (you’ll prepare 4 to 6 glasses). Transfer the rest of the oranges, apples, pears, and lemon juice to the large pitcher on top of the ice.
- Add in the apple juice, the orange juice, and the brandy, and mix. Just before serving, add the hard cider. Stir, and pour the mixture into each glass on top of the fruit.
- Serve with cinnamon sticks.
