- Bake hash browns according to package directions.
- Remove from the oven, layer half of the hash browns with cooked turkey bacon, and cheese, place the other hash browns on top and weight down slightly with another baking tray.
- Bake again, until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
- Flip over, take the bottom hash brown off, lay in avocado slices, replace hash brown and serve.
