  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, the teriyaki sauce, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Place the grilled hot dogs in the hot dog buns. Add the grilled pineapple pieces, the jalapeno peppers, and the onion.
  3. Place the mayo/teriyaki sauce mixture in a squeeze bottle or a zip-top bag with a hole cut in the corner, and pipe the sauce over the hot dogs.
