In 30 minutes or less, make a Mexican burrito bowl perfect for summer lunch or dinner. Peach and mango salsa complement the savory flavors. Try it today!


Select ingredients:


  1. Cook the rice per the instructions on the package
  2. Mix together peaches, mango, shallots, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to make the salsa.
  3. To make each bowls, scoop about 3/4 of a cup of rice into each bowl.
  4. Top the rice with beans, chicken, and salsa.
  5. Serve warm.
