Summer desserts don't have to break your diet or fill your kids with sugar. These fruit ice pops cover up the vegetables with a sweet tropical flavor!
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Transfer to popsicle molds (more or less juice may be required depending on the size of your molds) and place tops onto molds if they came with them. If not, place molds in freezer and insert popsicle sticks when partially solidified.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until frozen solid. Enjoy cold.
