Healthy Turkey Burgers

Delicious and moist grilled turkey burgers. The secret is that the ground turkey is mixed with veggie burgers. The result is not only a very healthy meal but yummy too. SHHHHHH! No one needs to know there's vegetables inside!



  1. Mix all the above ingredients
  2. If possible, let the mixture rest over night in the fridge so the ingredients can blend together well.
  3. 20 minutes before grilling, start forming them. Oil your hands well when doing so. make them quite thinks so they won't dry out (see picture).
  4. Before grilling, brush them with oil so that they will get a nice color. Also drizzle some smoked paprika on them.
  5. Grilled them for 5 minutes per side, covering them after turning
  6. Serving them with lots of side dishes, like baked beans, potato salad, pickles, grilled portabella mushrooms
