Your family will fall in love with these mini meatloaves that are shaped like little hearts! This classic recipe requires just a handful of ingredients but yields tons of flavor. We like it served with a side of Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes for a traditional meal.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the ground beef, milk, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper together in a large bowl until just combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into 8 balls. Shape each ball into a heart and transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard together in a small bowl. Brush the ketchup mixture over each heart. Bake until fully cooked, about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Tip: Shape into one full-sized meatloaf for an easy weekday dinner option! Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for 40 to 50 minutes until a meat thermometer reaches 160°F.
