This salad is a perfect side for a hot summer day since it requires no cooking and tomatoes are fully in season.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion, and chop the bell pepper.
  2. Arrange in a serving bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and basil. Drizzle over the salad.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese across the top of the vegetables.
  5. Chill before serving.
