  1. Combine rosemary and garlic, then season lamb chops with salt and pepper and rub rosemary mixture into lamb chops.
  2. Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium high until shimmering, then add lamb chops and sear until desired doneness. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
