Herb Roasted Lobster and Steak

Roasted lobster tails and juicy New York strip steaks are the perfect pairing for a romantic home-cooked dinner for two that can be made in just 30 minutes.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Mix butter, parsley, chives, rosemary, oregano, lemon juice and ¼ teaspoons of the salt together. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread 1 teaspoon of herb butter over the meat on each piece of lobster and arrange the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle salt and pepper over the steaks. In a large cast-iron, heat oil and 1 tablespoon of the herb butter over medium-high heat. Cook steaks, flipping once, for about 8 to 10 minutes total.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of the remaining herb butter on top of each steak. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then serve steaks with the lobster along with lemon wedges.
