A healthy, one dish meal. Perfect for weekdays.
1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 425 degrees. Mix garlic, Italian herbs, 1/4 cup olive oil, and salt and pepper together in a bowl and toss with the chicken pieces. Place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet then place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 2. Toss green beans with remaining oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. After 20 minutes scatter the green beans on top of the chicken pieces then place back in the oven for another 20 minutes, or until green beans have begun to brown and chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
