- Add sliced potatoes to a large container and add enough water so potatoes are covered. Add 4 tablespoons of vinegar and salt. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the bottom of the air fryer and preheat for 3 minutes on 390F.
- Drain water from potatoes and add to air fryer and cook for 24 minutes, shaking 2 to 3 times.
- Add potatoes back to container and sprinkle with remaining 3 tablespoons vinegar. Serve while warm.
