- In a bowl, combine flour, sour cream, butter, chives, garlic powder, and salt. Then slowly add the water until the dough begins to take shape.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8-inch (if the dough is any thicker, your crackers will not be crispy enough).
- Use a cookie cutter, biscuit cutter, or a drinking glass to cut the dough into circular shapes of whatever size you desire. Place the crackers on a non-stick baking sheet.
