Sour cream and chives in a homemade cracker--what's not to like?


Select ingredients:


  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sour cream, butter, chives, garlic powder, and salt. Then slowly add the water until the dough begins to take shape.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8-inch (if the dough is any thicker, your crackers will not be crispy enough).
  3. Use a cookie cutter, biscuit cutter, or a drinking glass to cut the dough into circular shapes of whatever size you desire. Place the crackers on a non-stick baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 F, or until a light golden color.
