Honey, eggs, and almonds--all together in an old-fashioned custard that's truly a delight.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Slowly add the half-and-half and milk, then whisk to combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins, stopping 1/2- to 3/4-inch from the top of the ramekin. Place the ramekins in a large roasting pan and fill the pan with hot water until it reaches about halfway up the side of the ramekins.
- Lightly cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake in a 350-degree oven for one hour or until set.
