- Remove the corn kernels from the cobs. Set aside.
- Melt the butter and honey in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the corn, zucchini and garlic and sauté for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Dice the cream cheese into small pieces and add to the skillet. Stir together until completely melted and incorporated into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
