  1. Remove the corn kernels from the cobs. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter and honey in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the corn, zucchini and garlic and sauté for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Dice the cream cheese into small pieces and add to the skillet. Stir together until completely melted and incorporated into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
