  1. 1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 425 degrees, line a baking sheet with tin foil..
  2. 2. Mix together honey, chopped chipotle peppers, and salt to taste then toss with chicken breasts.
  3. Place chicken on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken has reached 165 degrees.
