Sheet pan recipes are the ultimate shortcut to tasty, homemade family dinners with less dishes to do! Each ingredient is added to the pan at the perfect moment so that everything — in this case, carrots, bone-in pork chops and green beans — is done at the same time. Taking the extra step to make the honey lemon butter really pays off, as it ties the whole dish together!

Select ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and adjust the oven rack to the top position. Mix the carrots and 1 tablespoon of oil together in a large bowl until coated. Season with the salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until tender-crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the butter, honey and lemon zest in a small bowl. Season with the salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven to broil. Brush the pork chops with the remaining oil and arrange on the same baking sheet. Season with the salt and pepper. Broil until golden-brown, about 5 minutes. Turn the pork chops over and arrange the green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet. Return the pork chops to the oven and broil until they reach the desired internal temperature, about 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Slice the pork chops and serve with the seasoned butter, roasted carrots, green beans and a glass of wine.

Recipe Tip: Substitute the carrots for halved baby red potatoes and bake until tender, about 25-30 minutes!
