Whether you're cooking for kids or just yourself, these honey oatmeal breakfast bites fills you up and makes a great to-go meal when you're in a rush!
- In a food processor, place about half the oats and all the dates. Process on low until no chunks of dates larger than a pea remain. Then add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1 to 1 ½-inch balls. If they are having trouble sticking together, add more honey or a little water 1 teaspoon at a time. Store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to eat.
