- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add dry ingredients and stir until combined. Next, introduce remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer the batter to a well-greased loaf or bundt (a cupcake pan or cake pan will also work), and bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then carefully turn the pound cake out of the pan and slice. Top with a dusting of confectioners sugar and serve warm or at room temperature.
