This rich honey pound cake is easy to make and serves as a great dessert at holiday gatherings or as a mid-day snack with coffee or tea.


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add dry ingredients and stir until combined. Next, introduce remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Transfer the batter to a well-greased loaf or bundt (a cupcake pan or cake pan will also work), and bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  4. Allow to cool, then carefully turn the pound cake out of the pan and slice. Top with a dusting of confectioners sugar and serve warm or at room temperature.
