Honey Soy Soba Noodle Salad

This yummy noodle side - or main - dish is sweet/sour/salty/spicy all at once and is guaranteed to wake up your taste buds. Whether you're a fan of Asian food or not, this easy-to-prepare dish will be at the top of your list to make again and again.



  1. For the dressing, combine canola or grapeseed oil, sesame oil and crushed red peppers in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. Set aside to let it cool.
  2. Pour the honey and soy sauce in another small bowl, then add the oil mixture.
  3. Whisk everything together until the honey is dissolved.
  4. Bring water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions for al dente.
  5. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
  6. Combine all ingredients and toss.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
