- Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, hot sauce, honey, salt and pepper in a large bowl until combined and smooth. Add the slaw mix and blue cheese, then mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- Grill the hot dogs for 3-4 minutes or until heated through, turning occasionally for even grill marks. Place the grilled hot dogs into the buns.
- Top the hot dogs with the coleslaw. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Recipe Tip: To grill the hot dog buns, brush with melted butter or olive oil and grill cut side down for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown."
