- Mix first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour, mix until smooth. Now add remaining ingreidents, beating until smooth. bake in 9 x 13 pan at 400 degrees 35 - 40 min.
- ICING: Spread icing on cake when it comes out of oven. In pan on stove, combine 1 stick margarine and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Bring to a simmer but do not boil. Now add 1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.), 1 teaspoon vanilla, 6 tablespoons milk & 1 cup chopped nuts.
