This Southern classic dip is made hot with melted cheese blend, roasted red peppers, and pimento peppers, and served up with your favorite dipping snack.

Select ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray or brush with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese and sour cream until combined well. Add the shredded cheese and fold in.
  3. Drain the jarred peppers and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop them roughly into small pieces. Toss them into the bowl, along with the rest of the ingredients and stir together with a wooden spoon.
