Tangy slaw on top of a delicious hot dog.
- In a large saucepan, place the ground beef and water. Use a potato masher to break up the beef. Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, steak sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the chili has thickened and the beef is fully cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
- Grill the hot dogs over medium heat, turning occasionally so they cook evenly and do not burn. Place the rolls in aluminum foil and place them on the grill while you cook the hot dogs.
- Place a hot dog in a warm bun. Top with warm hot dog chili, then drizzle with mustard and top with coleslaw. Enjoy immediately.
