Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Quarter two onions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add onions, mayo, sour cream, cheese, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix well. It’s ok if the onions don’t break apart, this will happen as they tenderize in oven.
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until dip is bubbling and edges are turning golden brown.
