Spice up your boring, typical, everyday scrambled eggs. The Mexican cheese and salsa add just the right kick to this dish!
Add a splash of milk and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until well mixed.
Scramble the eggs in a small frying pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Transfer the eggs to a plate and sprinkle the cheese over top the eggs while they are still hot so it melts.
Scoop the salsa over top the eggs.
