Spice up your boring, typical, everyday scrambled eggs. The Mexican cheese and salsa add just the right kick to this dish!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add a splash of milk and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a small frying pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the eggs to a plate and sprinkle the cheese over top the eggs while they are still hot so it melts.
  4. Scoop the salsa over top the eggs.
  5. Garnish with sour cream and serve.
