All of the delicious flavor of a hushpuppy are enjoyed in this quick and easy cornbread recipe.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine hushpuppy mix, sugar and salt in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Add the beaten eggs, butter/oil and milk; stir until just combined.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
