This ice-cream-and-waffle recipe puts a sweet spin on traditional tacos. Enjoy as a fun snack or an easy dessert!

Directions

  1. Place the waffles in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake in a 450-degree oven for 5 minutes.
  2. Immediately upon removing from the oven, gently fold each waffle into a "taco shell" shape and place each waffle into a 13x9 inch pan so that the waffles hold their shape by being nestled against the others.
  3. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the freezer and add 2 small scoops of ice cream, then a dollop of whipped cream.
  5. Top with chocolate syrup, raspberries, and sprinkles.
