Iced Brownies

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Then, slowly add eggs, water, oil, vanilla and butter.
  2. Add chips. Mix well.
  3. In a greased baking pan, pour the batter. Smaller dishes will create thicker brownies. Bake for 18 minutes on 350 degrees. Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted into middle of pan comes out clean. Let cool for 3 minutes in pan before slicing.
  4. For icing: In a small mixing bowl, mix icing with food coloring. Add a few drops at a time, until desired color is reached. For best results, put icing into a re-sealable plastic bag and snip off the corner.
  5. Squeeze icing onto each brownie.
