- Use a paper towel to blot dry the roasted red pepper and slices of tomatoes. Set aside.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla. Then, layer 4 slices of ham, 4 slices Genoa salami and pepperoni on top of the mayonnaise, leaving about 1/2-inch border around the edge of the tortilla. Top with a few slices of tomato, then roasted red peppers. Sprinkle with black pepper and top with lettuce.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly. Place bamboo toothpicks evenly and cut into slices using a serrated knife. Place on a small plate or serving tray and serve immediately or refrigerate until you are ready to enjoy.
