Italian Seasoned Crab and Rice Casserole

This is so easy to make and keep eating throughout the week as leftovers. You can sub any veggies you like.

  1. Cook brown rice, separately. Drain and add into a large mixing bowl. Steam broccoli and add to bowl.
  2. In the same large bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Hot rice and broccoli should melt cheeses. Pour into baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until top begins to brown. Serve immediately. (works well as leftovers - simply reheat and serve)
