- 2 Ribeye steaks
- In a small mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper and rosemary. Rub onto each side
- Set grill to Medium heat and cook steaks about 7 minutes on each side (adding on time to desired temperature), quarter-turning about every 4 minutes (for grill marks).
- Top cooked steaks with 1 tablespoon of butter, letting it melt.
- Serve immediately.
