Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the tater tots in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix 2 cups of the cooked bacon, cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, sour cream and jalapeños together in a large bowl until combined. Spread the jalapeño mixture evenly over top of the cooked tater tots. Top with the remaining cheddar and bacon.
  3. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 15-20 minutes. Garnish with the green onions and serve.
