- 20 minutes
- 32 poppers
Serve your guests warm mini-crescent rolls wrapped around a Lit'l smokie and coated with a jalapeno and cheese spread.
In a stand mixer, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
Add the diced jalapeno peppers, mix until thoroughly combined.
Open the crescent roll packages and cut each of the 16 triangles in half (so you end up with 32 triangles).
Place a teaspoon or two of the cheese/pepper mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
Add a Lit'l Smokie and roll up the dough.
Place the finished poppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with pretzel salt. Pop the poppers in a 375-degree oven for about 15 minutes—keep an eye on them and take them out when they're golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
