Jalepeno Bacon Deviled Eggs

A twist on deviled eggs that are such a staple for spring and summertime. We always have them with Easter dinner and for a shower, they are quick and easy and typically a huge hit.

  1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl (I only use half the dozens yolks). Mash the egg yolks with a fork
  2. Add the mayonnaise, ground mustard, and sugar to the mashed egg yolks and stir until well combined. Mix in the jalapenos and bacon .Put the mixture in a ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag Fill each egg hole with the mixture Chill until ready to serve
