Japanese Steak and Noodle Salad

Tender and juicy steak sitting on a thai rice noodle salad!

Directions

  1. Marinate steak in soy sauce and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  2. Remove steak from marinade and rub with the Asian seasoning.
  3. Grill on counter top grill or grill pan for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees for medium rare. If using a grill pan, turn steak over halfway through cooking. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against the grain into thin strips.
  4. Whisk together vinegar, oil, wasabi, honey, ginger and garlic.
