John Boy and Billy's Grillin' Sauce Sweet Apple Grilled Pork Chips

Easy to prepare and cleanup, this dish is great for a weeknight meal with the entire family.

  1. Peel, core and thinly slice the apples. Peel and thinly slice the onions and set aside. Season pork chops with John Boy & Billy Pork Rub. Put olive oil in a grill pan or saute pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Place pork chops in a pan and grill for 3 minutes then flip. After flipping pork chop, brush on John Boy and Billy Sweet & Mild Grillin' Sauce. Grill for 3 minutes, then flip pork chop to brush John Boy and Billy Sweet & Mild Grillin Sauce on the other side.
  3. Cook long enough for sauce to cook onto the pork chop. Plate pork chops. In the same saute pan, heat unsalted butter on medium-high heat. Toss in onions and apples, saute until onions start to caramelize and apples soften (approx 7-8 mins). Spoon desired amount of apples and onions on each pork chop.
