Easy to prepare and cleanup, this dish is great for a weeknight meal with the entire family.
- Peel, core and thinly slice the apples. Peel and thinly slice the onions and set aside. Season pork chops with John Boy & Billy Pork Rub. Put olive oil in a grill pan or saute pan on medium-high heat.
- Place pork chops in a pan and grill for 3 minutes then flip. After flipping pork chop, brush on John Boy and Billy Sweet & Mild Grillin' Sauce. Grill for 3 minutes, then flip pork chop to brush John Boy and Billy Sweet & Mild Grillin Sauce on the other side.
- Cook long enough for sauce to cook onto the pork chop. Plate pork chops. In the same saute pan, heat unsalted butter on medium-high heat. Toss in onions and apples, saute until onions start to caramelize and apples soften (approx 7-8 mins). Spoon desired amount of apples and onions on each pork chop.
