- In a large bowl, mix the ground chuck, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, steak sauce, salt, and black pepper. Press burgers into a burger press to make burgers. Season again with salt and black pepper.
- Preheat the outdoor grill to medium to high heat.
- Place the burgers on the grill and cook until desired temperature. Use a metal spatula to flip the burgers easily.
- Remove from the grill and place on buns with desired toppings. Top with fire roasted salsa. Enjoy immediately.
