A St, Patrick's Day party isn't complete without green food. These healthy cucumber bites will be the hit of the party, even with your vegetarian friends!

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, sauté the kale in coconut oil until soft.
  2. Place all ingredients including the kale in a food processor and blend until all is combined and smooth (small amounts of water help smooth consistency).
  3. Add drops of honey to taste.
  4. Slice cucumbers in to even slices (recommended 1/3 inch thick).
  5. Scoop some hummus on top of the cucumber slices.
  6. Garnish with a parsley leaf
