- Place kale in a large bowl and add oils, nutritional yeast, sesame seeds, salt, and crushed red pepper and toss to coat.
- Transfer kale to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, removing once to toss kale to encourage even baking. After 10 minutes, check kale every minute or so as leaves burn easily. When kale is crispy but not brown, remove from oven.
- While kale bakes, mix the dipping sauce by combining peanut butter, soy sauce, agave, vinegar, and water. Stir or whisk to combine and serve alongside kale chips.
