- Gather your vegetable ingredients and grate the red cabbage, carrots and radishes in a Cuisinart mixer.
- By hand, chop the green pepper, onion and parsley and add to the mix. Toss with grated ingredients and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix your dressing, adding the oils, then the dry ingredients and stirring till blended.
- Pour dressing over vegetable mixture and toss.
