- Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 13x9” glass casserole dish. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add garlic, salt and pepper, cooking until soft and fragrant.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream and 2 cups of cheddar cheese to the pan. Stir until combined, then fold in broccoli florets.
- Pour entire mixture into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden-brown and bubbly. (To take this dish from a side to a Keto-friendly meal, add 4 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken in step 2.)
