Casseroles are a staple on any holiday dinner table – whether it’s Thanksgiving or Christmas. They’re warm, comforting and truly make the holidays feel even merrier. So, this season, give our Broccoli and Cheddar Casserole a try! Made with fresh broccoli, two varieties of cheese, plus some other essential ingredients, this dish is sure to become a family favorite for your holiday meal (and maybe throughout the fall and winter seasons, too). It’s also Keto-friendly!


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 13x9” glass casserole dish. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add garlic, salt and pepper, cooking until soft and fragrant.
  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream and 2 cups of cheddar cheese to the pan. Stir until combined, then fold in broccoli florets.
  3. Pour entire mixture into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden-brown and bubbly. (To take this dish from a side to a Keto-friendly meal, add 4 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken in step 2.)
