Casseroles are an excellent way to make your grocery budget go further. The one-pan wonders provide a generous portion of goodness at a great value, and this veggie-forward variety is no exception. You can double up the recipe for leftovers or a future freezer meal by shopping ingredients that are on-sale in your weekly flyer or by choosing items from our brands. Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 13x9” glass casserole dish. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add garlic, salt and pepper, cooking until soft and fragrant.
  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream and 2 cups of cheddar cheese to the pan. Stir until combined, then fold in broccoli florets.
  3. Pour entire mixture into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden-brown and bubbly. (To take this dish from a side to a Keto-friendly meal, add 4 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken in step 2.)
