- Add the pineapple juice, bananas and sugar to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the half-and-half and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into a punch bowl. Add the soda and mix to combine. Top with several scoops of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with coconut.
Recipe Tip: For a fun presentation serve the snow punch in glasses with rims dipped in simple syrup and coated in shredded coconut!
