This gluten-free Korean flavored bowl packs a punch in one single dish! It's full of veggies and herbs to make your dinner exceptional.

  1. Prepare base ground beef recipe: Place beef, onions, and garlic in skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink. Allow mixture to cool.
  2. Divide cooled beef mixture into 3 equal portions in gallon ziploc bags. Set aside 2 other portions for other recipes.
  3. Combine cooked ground beef, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, ginger, and garlic in ziploc bag. Label bag and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  4. When ready to finish and serve, place bagged ingredients in saucepan over medium-high heat until heated through.

  6. Serve in bowls over rice, and top with shredded carrots. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
