Lamb Chops and Pears

Quick, easy, and impressive! This dish looks (and tastes) amazing, €”but is super easy to make.


Select ingredients:


  1. In a medium saucepan, place the apple juice, sugar, and pears, and boil until the pears are softened.
  2. Remove the pears, set aside. To the saucepan, add the vinegar, sugar, butter, oregano, rosemary, and olive oil. Continue cooking and reduce until thickened.
  3. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper to taste. Place the olive oil in a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the lamb, cook 3 to 6 minutes per side or until it reaches the desired degree of doneness.
  4. Serve the lamb with pears and add the reduced sauce.
