Quick, easy, and impressive! This dish looks (and tastes) amazing, but is super easy to make.
- In a medium saucepan, place the apple juice, sugar, and pears, and boil until the pears are softened.
- Remove the pears, set aside. To the saucepan, add the vinegar, sugar, butter, oregano, rosemary, and olive oil. Continue cooking and reduce until thickened.
- Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper to taste. Place the olive oil in a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add the lamb, cook 3 to 6 minutes per side or until it reaches the desired degree of doneness.
- Serve the lamb with pears and add the reduced sauce.
